    Step 1 :Click on start and then on Control Panel

     

    Step 2 :Press the INK button present on the Control Panel.

    Step 6 :If the spring is out of place, press the spring back into the place. You can use the spring on the opposite side of the carriage as guided to place in the correct position.

     

    Step 7 :If the spring is not out of place, reinstall each ink cartridge.

     

    Step 8 :After installing the ink cartridges, close the lid and verify they are securely locked into place. Your machine then prepares for a head cleaning and goes online. The LCD screen prompts you with the verification if a new ink cartridge was inserted for each color you removed.
